Old Parish Magazines

March 1933 Magazine (pdf)
October 1933 Magazine (pdf)
November 1961 Magazine (pdf)
May 1962 Magazine (pdf)
February 1933 Magazine (pdf)

In the past Parish Magazines were part of a national publication, with only the front cover and inside front cover dedicated to the Parish Church. Later styles also gave the first inside pages and back covers to the Parish, and included some local advertising. The remainder of the Magazines contained diverse articles related to the Church.

In searching through his collection of Magazines Roy Tricker came across several old St Andrew's Church, Aldringham Magazines, and kindly lent them for copying for the website, for which many thanks. The pages for St Andrew's Church, Aldringham and later Magazines including Thorpeness are shown below.

If you'd like to be able to read the text more easily you can download a pdf version of the Magazines by clicking on an item to the left.
