| Upcoming Improvement works to junction of Snape Road (B1069) and Aldeburgh Road (A1094) and traffic management |
| ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) will be undertaking civil engineering works at the A1094/B1069, Knodishall, junction. This work forms part of our East Anglia TWO, offsite local highway improvements scheme. It will be undertaken outside of construction hours, under temporary traffic management, as approved by Suffolk County Council (SCC). Please see details below. Work schedule
Traffic Management To ensure the safety of both the public and our workforce, traffic will be managed by a single lane closure (eastbound), between the hours of 8pm-5pm, Monday to Friday. This will be controlled by three-way traffic lights. They will start on Monday 27th April and last approximately 6 weeks. Scope of works
Please note, these activities form the first phase of the junction improvement programme. A second phase will be required to complete the resurfacing. This will be done at a later period, subject to SCC approval. Further updates will be issued once dates for the second phase are confirmed. |
